Travelling conditions

Special travelling conditions for online bookings at www.buustamonsfjallgard.se

The reservation is effectual as soon as it has been confirmed in writing by the booking agent.

Payment

A deposit of 20% of the total amount is deducted automatically 5 days after finished booking. The back amount must be paied minimum 30 days before arrival, through the payment link that you receive together with the confirmation. When booking within 30 days before arrival, the total amount is deducted immediately. Shoud the payment not be made within the given deadline, we will consider the booking as cancelled.

Invoice

Should you wish to pay by invoice, booking can only be made directly on location at the hotel.

Cancellation

When cancelling more than 30 days before arrival, an administrative cost of 500 SEK/room is to be paid. When cancelling 30 days before arrival or less, a cancellation fee of 100% is due. Should the room be rented to a new guest, the difference will be reimbursed, after deduction of expenses for replacement of guest, minimum 1000 SEK. If transportations are included in the packaing/booking, these tickets must be returned immediately and will be reimbursed according to the rules of the transporter.

Force Majeure

The traveler is not liberated from payment responsibilities, even if he/she is prohibited to carry out the trip due to force majeure (war, atomic and natural disasters or similar).

Technical organizer

The technical organizer is Norden Resor i Skåne AB/Nordic Travel. The company has issued statutory Travel Guarantees to The Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency and has signed an extended insurance of responsibility as a travel organizer.

Complaints

Any possible complaints must be presented to the hotel manager or representative as soon as possible. Should you not come to terms with the problems, please contact Nordic Travel on telephone. +46 411 558725 or fax +46 411 558705. The right to complaints is lost should you fail to notify the supplier on premises. Should you leave the lodging without haven given reasonable time to the supplier of services to solve the problems, the right to compensation is lost. Any claims for compensation must be sent in writing to Nordic Travel to be available for them maximum 30 days after the end of your stay.

Alteration fees

Changes of transportation and/or accommodation: 250 SEK/change.

The law of personal information (PUL)

Upon booking, you automatically agree, as a customer, that your personal information may be registered by the hotel and the technical support. This is being done to assure our guest administration and to secure a reliable handling in any case of emergency, and for us to be able to administrate and treat any possible damages. The data will also be used to inform you about travel related offers and marketing surveys.
